ShyFormation

Terms of Service

Protocol Execution Guidelines | Last Revision: May 2024

1. Acceptance of Protocol

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Developer") and ShyFormation ("Platform", "we", "us"). Accessing the ShyFormation network, generating a Shy Security User Identification (SSUID), or utilizing our Secure Handshake SDK signifies your irrevocable acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease all interactions with our infrastructure.

2. Identity Genesis Requirements

The ShyFormation Platform is an exclusive environment for human-verified identities. By registering, you warrant that:

  • You are a natural person of legal age to form a binding contract.
  • The business size, profession, and legal names provided are accurate and subject to periodic verification.
  • You are not using automated software, scrapers, or sophisticated bots to manipulate the SSUID generation algorithm.

3. Critical Security Notice: Irrecoverable PIN

ShyFormation operates on a zero-knowledge architectural model. Your 4-digit Security PIN is hashed using one-way cryptographic functions before being transmitted. Consequently, our administrative team has no access to your PIN. In the event of PIN loss, we cannot reset or recover your access. You acknowledge that loss of your PIN results in the permanent loss of control over your SSUID and all connected third-party authorizations.

4. SSUID Ownership and Responsibilities

Your SSUID is a permanent digital fingerprint. Unlike traditional passwords, it is designed to be immutable. You are granted a non-transferable, exclusive right to use your SSUID. However, you are solely responsible for its confidentiality. Any authentication triggered via your SSUID is deemed to have been authorized by you. We provide a 'Privacy Dashboard' for session termination; failure to monitor this dashboard for unauthorized access falls under user-level negligence.

5. Developer Ecosystem and API Constraints

Developers integrating our SDK agree to the following technical constraints:

  • API Allocation: Standard users are restricted to a maximum of 5 active Auth Cards/API Keys. Any attempt to bypass this limit via multiple account creation will result in the blacklisting of all associated domains.
  • Domain Locking: API keys are cryptographically locked to the specified Domain URL. Handshakes originating from unauthorized referrers will be automatically rejected.
  • Integration Integrity: Developers must utilize the official ShyAuth popup for all handshakes. Any attempt to intercept the handshake to capture user data or PINs is a violation of our core privacy protocol.

6. Profile Integrity and Cooling-Off Periods

To maintain the trust of our merchant network (Zomato, Spotify, etc.), name changes are strictly regulated. A 30-day cooling-off period is enforced between profile updates. We reserve the right to audit name changes that appear intended to deceive external applications. Fraudulent profile manipulation may result in temporary identity suspension.

7. Zero-Knowledge Privacy Handshake

The core philosophy of ShyFormation is "Minimal Exposure." During a third-party login, we only transmit a verified status and your SSUID. Your business size, age, and profession are kept in the 'Shy Vault' and are never part of the standard handshake payload unless you explicitly consent to an extended data request. We are a bridge for identity, not a data brokerage.

8. Prohibited Actions and System Exploitation

Users and developers are strictly forbidden from:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer the SSUID pattern logic.
  • Engaging in credential stuffing or brute-force attacks against the SSUID/PIN combination.
  • Using the API to facilitate illegal transactions, phishing, or harassment.
  • Bypassing the 30-day name change restriction through client-side script manipulation.

9. Technical Disclaimer and Force Majeure

ShyFormation relies on distributed cloud infrastructures (Render and Neon). While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not responsible for handshake failures resulting from third-party hosting outages, internet infrastructure collapses, or government-mandated network restrictions. We provide our services on an "as-available" basis.

10. Intellectual Property

The "ShyFormation" name, logo, SSUID generation logic, and the "ShyAuth" SDK are the exclusive intellectual property of ShyFormation Identity Labs. Unauthorized reproduction or "white-labeling" of our authentication cards is strictly prohibited.

11. Support and Communication

For all technical disputes, legal clarifications, or enterprise quota increases, please communicate directly with our team at shykageofficial@gmail.com. We prioritize direct human-to-human resolution and guarantee a response within 48 business hours.
